The law aims to decentralize public authority by actually ensuring generally recognized European principles of organizational, legal and financial independence of bodies of local self-government, as well as fundamentals of fair and unbiased social wealth distribution between the citizens and territorial communities, as stipulated by the Constitution of Ukraine.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0915.
